Church Application

​If your church is interested in joining the FFBC, please download and fill out the Church Application and return it to us. We will contact you once we receive it. We appreciate your interest and look forward to meeting you.

Credential Form

The Credential Form is for ministerial members and delegates of the FFBC. Please return the filled-out document along with the $35 registration fee to the FFBC Secretary by July 15. Please make all payments out to the Fellowship of Fundamental Bible Churches.
